1. Respect for copyright

FindTatts respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

2. Filing a takedown notice

To submit a notice, please include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The URL or location of the infringing material on FindTatts.
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-notices

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with similar information. We may restore the content unless the original claimant pursues legal action.

4. Repeat infringers

Accounts found to repeatedly infringe copyright may be suspended or terminated.
