By accessing or using FindTatts you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Use of the platform
FindTatts provides tattoo inspiration, a directory of tattoo shops and laser removal clinics, and tools to save ideas. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to misuse, scrape, or disrupt it.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant FindTatts a non-exclusive license to display it within the platform. Do not upload content you do not have rights to, or content that is unlawful or infringing.
5. Listings & third parties
Shop and clinic listings are provided for informational purposes. FindTatts is not responsible for services provided by third-party studios or clinics.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindTatts is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
